Sleeping without having to try hard is so good.
I usually have so much trouble sleeping. I lay on my bed not being able to sleep and getting worried over not getting enough sleep. I get jealous over how fast he falls asleep so easily. Playing some soothing relaxation music, reading boring stuff on the phone or just counting imaginary sheep. I usually have to try so much to fall asleep.
But I got into a nice relaxing sleeping mode. And woke up feeling quite good. I am grateful about it. 😊
